Terms of service

The agreement between you and us. Plain wording, no clauses designed to be skipped.

Who you are contracting with

WareAudit is operated by Tigran Avakov, a sole proprietor based in Uzbekistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tigran Avakov trading as WareAudit, and "you" means the business using the service.

Reach us at support@wareaudit.com or +998 90 167 66 72. Postal address: Mirzo-Ulugbek 45A, 100007 Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

What the service does

We read your third party logistics invoices, compare every line against your rate card and against your own billing history, and return the lines that do not hold up, in dollars, with the arithmetic shown. We also draft a dispute letter you can send to your provider.

The audit runs on deterministic rules. The same invoice produces the same findings today and in a year. No part of the audit core uses a language model.

What a finding is, and what it is not

A finding is our arithmetic on your invoice. It is not legal advice, not accounting advice, and not a determination that your provider owes you money. Your contract with your provider governs that, and we are not a party to it.

We do not contact your provider. The dispute letter goes to you, and you decide whether to send it. We cannot promise that any provider will accept a finding or pay a credit.

Your account and your data

Sign in is a one time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox. Keep your rate card current: a stale rate card produces findings that will not survive a dispute.

If you connect a provider account, use a read only token. What we store, for how long, and what we discard on the way in is set out in our privacy policy.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing section and include everything: we never take a percentage of what you recover.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and as the seller for tax purposes. Your receipt and your card statement will show Paddle. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.

Cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 60 days.

Acceptable use

Upload only invoices your business is entitled to hold. Do not use the service to attack, overload or reverse engineer it, and do not resell the output as your own audit product without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that is used to process data obtained unlawfully. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reports you have already downloaded keep working: each one is a self contained file that opens offline and does not call our servers.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost credits, or the outcome of a dispute with your provider.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country where those rights apply.
